Wayware features

Multi-site distributed system

Support multiple sites and scales with centralized management and reporting. Each site can work in an offline mode while the internet connection is unavailable and then synchronize data once the network connection is restored

Mobile device support

Wayware Mobile runs on industrial Android mobile devices and uses features like the camera, Bluetooth, barcode scanner and NFC to mobilize data recording and controls. For example

Camera integration

Record snapshots of all cameras at the exact moment a weighing is done. Photos can be printed on documents and history can be reviewed and exported

ERP Integration

Import master data and order ERP or accounting systems into Wayware and automatically post weighing transactions from Wayware into the ERP or accounting system

Active directory integration

Integrate Wayware with Active Directory to automatically import users and roles from Active Directory. User can then use single sign on to authenticate to Wayware to simply user management

Flexible reporting

Reports can be customized with carious filtering, sorting and grouping options and then either printed and exported to PDF, CSV, Excel and other formats

Wayware Pro also support configuring automated schedule reports the email reports periodically to distribution lists

Weighbridge access control booms and alignment sensors

Access control booms can control a vehicles movement onto and off the weighbridge. By integrating the booms with Wayware, the system automatically detects the vehicle and then opens and closes the booms. Vehicle alignment sensors at the front and back of the weighbridge will detect if the vehicle is positioned before allowing the weighing to continue

Axle weighing

Wayware’s axle weighing modules cater for weighing axles and axle groups of a vehicle, making it possible to avoid fines and to prove that the masses were acceptable at the time of loading.

Tolerance checks

Upper and lower limits can be configured for each type of tolerance check. Each tolerance can be configured to function in a different way when the check fails

Fingerprint reader integration

The usage of fingerprint user identification solves the  problem of password sharing by requiring the user to put his or her finger on a fingerprint reader instead of using a username and password.
